TOP training company 2023 and eight new trainees on board

This year, TAMSEN MARITIM GmbH has once again been awarded the title of “TOP Training Company” by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce for its commitment to training young skilled workers.

This is the fourth time that TAMSEN MARITIM has received the title.

At the start of the 2023/24 training year, eight new trainees were welcomed by Managing Director Christian Schmoll (photo/M.) and the training managers Frank Ruß (l.) and Lutz Schröder (r.). This means that a total of 18 young employees are currently learning a profession in the company. In three or three and a half years of theoretical and practical training, they are being trained as industrial, construction and plant mechanics as well as boat builders and industrial management assistant.
